Health Insurance Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Insurance Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Health Insurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes evaluating customers insurance needs, assisting with policy selection, and keeping accurate records of transactions and client information. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and meeting sales targets are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Health Insurance and general Insurance knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals effectively
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
