Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Health Insurance Agent. The individual in this role will be responsible for advising clients on health insurance plans, explaining policy features, comparing benefits, and resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through enrollment processes, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying informed about current health insurance products and regulations to provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and Insurance products
- Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices and Medicare
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organization abilities
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is advantageous
