Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Insurance Advisor based in Bengaluru. The Health Insurance Advisor will guide clients in understanding and selecting the best health insurance policies for their needs. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, providing personalized recommendations, addressing queries regarding plans and processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Advisors may also play a role in promoting health and wellness initiatives as part of overall client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to actively engage with clients and clearly explain health insurance options and policies.
• Experience or ability in Training and educating clients or team members about health insurance products and processes.
• Understanding of Health Promotion and Wellness concepts to recommend plans and provide information aligned with client health needs.
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address client concerns effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with health insurance regulations and products is an advantage.
