Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Health Insurance team. The Health Insurance Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable health insurance products, and driving policy sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to health insurance products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.
• Generate sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
• Explain policy features, coverage, exclusions, benefits, and claim-related processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Health Insurance Sales, Health Insurance Advisory, Tele-Sales.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
