Health Data Science & AI: Assistant / Associate / Full Professor

The mission of Bagchi School of Public Health is to improve public health and the environment locally, nationally, and globally through research, training, and developing, disseminating, and implementing sustainable evidence-based interventions, programmes, and policies.

We are seeking applications and nominations for an AI / Data Science expert with experience in the application of high-dimensional data, machine learning, and AI to public health, medicine, healthcare, or environmental science datasets.

Note: Candidates without a publication track record in AI and data science applied to public health will not be considered.

Qualifications: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a closely related quantitative discipline. Strong publication track record. Senior applicants would require a funding track record.

Your primary focus must be in one of the following areas:

• Health Data Science
• Artificial Intelligence (Applied to Health or Environment datasets)
• Biostatistics / Computational Statistics
• Epidemiology with a heavy machine learning/computational focus
