Job Description / Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Health Counselor to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through phone calls and chat platforms, understanding their healthcare needs, and guiding them toward suitable health and wellness solutions. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a consultative approach to sales. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Client Engagement & Consultation

  • Handle inbound and outbound client interactions through calls and chat platforms.
  • Understand client health concerns, requirements, and expectations.
  • Provide appropriate guidance on healthcare services and treatment options.
  • Deliver accurate and empathetic information to prospective clients.

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Counsel prospective clients and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
  • Drive lead-to-conversion through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maximize revenue generation while maintaining service quality.

3. Lead Management

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from inquiry to conversion.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure proper lead tracking and status updates.

4. Relationship Building

  • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
  • Maintain a professional and patient-centric approach.
  • Address client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the consultation process.

5. Objection Handling

  • Resolve concerns related to pricing, treatments, procedures, or service offerings.
  • Handle client objections confidently and professionally.
  • Guide prospects toward informed decision-making

Desired Profile:

 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Familiarity with chat support platforms and telecalling systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain accurate client records and reports.

 Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and counseling abilities.
  • Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and effectively.

2-4 Years
