Title: Health Counsellor (Sales)

Role Description: This is a consultative sales role. You have to understand the health goal of people and help them enrol in HealthTick's weight loss program. Best part We don't expect you to do cold calling or dialling 100+ people a day. No sales pressure. You only talk to those who booked the consultation with you or tried making the payment. Please apply only if you're in for a sales role.

Working days: 6 days a week

• At HealthTick, we help people lose weight & reverse medical conditions by using a combination of Behavioural Science, Nutrition, Gamification & AI. Our program has a success rate of 86%. To date, we have helped 20,000+ patients in their health journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take the booked consultation of people who want to work on their health & help them enrol in HealthTick's Weight Loss & Health Program.
• Follow up with pipeline users via call and message, and help them enrol in HealthTick's Weight Loss Program.
• Connect with people who tried making the payment and help them enrol as well.

Requirement

• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Excellent communication, rapport-building & closing skills
• Strong consultative approach
• Highly empathetic and friendly
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Background in nutrition/healthcare is a bonus
