Location: Delhi public school Nacharam,Hyderabad.
Experience: 5–10 years in Early Childhood Education (with leadership experience)
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / B.Ed / Montessori Training preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years (Pre-Primary) section, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Design, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood learning standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
- Ensure effective classroom management, teaching quality, and student engagement.
- Coordinate with parents through regular meetings, feedback, and progress reports.
- Maintain compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and oversee activities, events, and programs for holistic child development.
