We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead fundraising initiatives and strategic capital partnerships for our upcoming land acquisition and hospitality development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fundraising activities for real estate and hospitality projects
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Private Equity Firms
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Wealth Management Firms
- Family Offices
- Institutional Investors
- Fund Managers
- Structured Debt Partners
- HNI/UHNI Investor Networks
- Structure investment opportunities, financial models, and transaction frameworks
- Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, investment memorandums, and financial proposals
- Drive strategic partnerships for equity, debt, and joint venture opportunities
- Manage investor due diligence, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for transaction execution
- Develop long-term investor engagement and capital strategy initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong network within investment banking, private equity, family offices, and institutional capital markets
- Proven track record in raising capital for real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, or alternative assets
- Deep understanding of structured finance, investment products, and transaction management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to independently lead high-value strategic discussions and closures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or real estate finance preferred
