Job Description

  • Lead the UI/UX Design function, overseeing strategy, execution, and quality across all digital products and experiences.

  • Define and maintain design standards, systems, and UI/UX best practices across all platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the team's work.
  • Track and report on design performance metrics; use insights to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
