Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
Establish partnerships with industry experts, academic institutions, and technology providers to enhance training offerings.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Drive initiatives to integrate sustainable practices and UN SDG-aligned frameworks into training modules.
Manage a team of trainers and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ensure the scalability and adaptability of training programs to meet the evolving needs of Adani Ports.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Head Pro VC on matters related to workforce development and training innovation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven expertise in technical training delivery, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in ports operations or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale training programs in a corporate or industrial setting.
Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
