Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training strategies tailored to the Cement business unit's operational and strategic priorities, including sustainability and green energy initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on advanced cement manufacturing processes, blended cement production, and innovative product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions that enhance workforce productivity and technical expertise.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to deliver scalable and impactful training programs, ensuring accessibility and engagement across diverse employee groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through measurable outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, promoting the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the Cement business unit.
  • Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals, including the transition to green energy and decarbonization efforts.
  • Manage training budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and return on investment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant insights into training programs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers, academic institutions, and industry experts to enhance the quality and scope of training offerings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of 20+ years in training delivery, with a focus on technical and management training within the cement or manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs aligned with sustainability and green energy initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce development, skill gap analysis, and learning solution design.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Training and Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.

Years & Type Of Experience

  • 20+ years of experience in training delivery, with a significant portion in the cement or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale training initiatives that drive organizational transformation and operational excellence.
