Job Description

  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies, including compensation and benefits plans, that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with policies, processes, and legal standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative reward mechanisms.
  • Manage and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of HR programs across the life insurance sector.
  • Evaluate market trends to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Streamline and improve HR processes for enhanced efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide leadership to the HR operations team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations should have:

  • A strong academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR operations within the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading HR initiatives successfully.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
