Job Description

  • Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities for data center projects.
  • Define and implement commissioning strategies and best practices.
  • Build, guide, and supervise Cx teams and vendors.
  • Oversee endtoend Electrical & Mechanical system commissioning.
  • Ensure all systems meet design intent, safety norms, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with design, execution, OEMs, consultants, and clients.
  • Manage commissioning of HV/LV, UPS, DG, protection, and earthing systems.
  • Oversee HVAC, fire systems, pumps, piping, and BMS/IBMS commissioning.
  • Approve FAT, SAT, IST plans, reports, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure snag closure and complete documentation for handover.
  • Enforce quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.
  • Present progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • . 20+ years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure
  • . Proven experience in Data Center commissioning projects is mandatory
  • . Prior experience in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Senior Manager) preferred
