Responsibilities
- Plan and implement overall techno-commercial strategy aligned with business
objectives
- Develop and manage pricing models, costing structures, and commercial
proposals
- Lead negotiation, issuance, renewal, and closure of contracts and commercial
agreements
- Standardize contractual frameworks covering payment terms, liabilities, risk
allocation, and compliance
- Monitor commercial performance, margins, and cost efficiencies
- Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, and legal teams for integrated
decisions
- Build leadership capability and succession pipeline within the Techno commercial function
Qualifications
Experience in managing techno-commercial or commercial functions in large
organizations or diversified business groups.
Education Qualification
BE / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
