Plant Manitenance : Preventive predictive and corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades and optimization.Bring TPM Culture
Cost : Control department expenditure and develop cost saving measures to adhere to allocated budget. ( Energy , Spares , R&M )
Safety : Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being
Resource Utilisation : Efficient and effective deployment of resources, such as manpower, materials, machinery, software etc. to achieve desired outcomes
I 4.0 : Drive the introduction of digital transformation and new-cutting edge technology and lead I 4.0 strategy establishment and deployment.
Facility Management : Ensure the efficient and safe operation of a building or facility, overseeing maintenance, operations, and planning
Industrial Engineering : Guiding teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
BPS : Fostering a culture of CIP and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. Promote LM practices with constant innovation.
Audit and Compliance Management : structured approach to planning, executing, and following up on audits, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement
Sustainability : Develop and implement sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of environmental awareness
TEF Competancy mapping : Develop Process experts in mechanical and electrical processes Testing and manufacturing IT
B.E or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10-15 years of Experience in relevant field

Maintenance planning and scheduling: This involves creating and implementing effective plans for both routine and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.

Knowledge of maintenance methodologies: Understanding and applying concepts like preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, , and RCA vital for improving asset performance.
