Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a mature yet hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to drive global hiring strategy and execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for building a high-performance TA function, managing both internal hiring and customer-driven hiring needs, while bringing in innovative and creative approaches aligned with evolving talent market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong execution capability, and bring deep understanding of global hiring trends, talent markets, and modern sourcing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy

•Define and drive the global TA strategy aligned with business growth plans

•Build scalable hiring frameworks across India and international markets (US/APAC/Europe)

•Stay ahead of latest hiring trends, talent insights, and market intelligence

End-to-End Hiring Ownership

•Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across lateral, leadership, and niche hiring

•Manage both:

o Internal hiring (organization growth)

o Customer / client-driven hiring mandates

•Ensure strong pipeline, quality, and speed of hiring

Hands-on Execution

•Remain actively involved in critical and leadership hiring mandates

•Drive innovative sourcing strategies (beyond traditional channels)

•Personally engage with senior candidates and stakeholders when required

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

•Partner closely with business leaders, delivery heads, and client stakeholders

•Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, talent availability, and market positioning

•Drive alignment between business needs and hiring outcomes

Team Leadership & Capability Building

•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing TA team

•Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence

•Introduce best practices in recruitment processes, tools, and metrics

Innovation & Employer Branding

•Bring in creative hiring approaches including:

•Talent branding initiatives

•New sourcing channels

•Digital and AI-led hiring practices

•Strengthen employer brand positioning in competitive talent markets

Key Requirements

18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

•Proven experience in handling global TA (India + international markets)

•Strong background in both:

Internal hiring

o Client / customer-driven hiring models

•Demonstrated ability to be hands-on while leading a team

•Strong understanding of latest hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics

•Stable and progressive career with consistent growth

•Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
