HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced Head – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive cost, availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution.

• Ensure availability of critical materials while optimising cost and working capital.

• Drive sourcing strategies, vendor management, supplier performance and procurement efficiency.

• Implement process standardisation, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with hospital leadership, Finance, Clinical, Pharmacy and Operations teams to resolve supply challenges.

• Leverage SAP/ERP, analytics and dashboards to improve planning, visibility and decision-making.

• Lead, mentor and develop the SCM team.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics or Operations.

• Healthcare/hospital or pharmaceutical experience preferred.

• Strong experience in inventory management, procurement efficiency and cost optimisation.

• Strong knowledge of demand planning, vendor management, warehousing and distribution.

• SAP/ERP and data analytics proficiency.

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• Relevant supply-chain certifications are an added advantage.
