Job Description

Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory, and distribution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and maintain optimal stock levels
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective deals
Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics and performance to leadership
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor and stakeholder management
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence
