Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Supply Chain Development
    • Design and implement a nationwide strategy for sourcing talent from educational institutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and other placement agencies.
    • Develop partnerships with government and private skill development programs.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary liaison between external institutions and internal training teams.
    • Ensure alignment of institutional partnerships with organizational hiring goals.
  • Program Management
    • Drive multiple talent acquisition programs simultaneously with measurable outcomes.
    • Monitor and report on program performance using data-driven insights.
  • Technology & Process Optimization
    • Leverage technology platforms for candidate sourcing, tracking, and engagement.
    • Implement automation and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Organizing National-Level Job Fairs: Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale recruitment events across multiple regions, ensuring participation from top employers and institutions.
  • Hackathon Event Management: Skilled in conceptualizing, organizing, and managing hackathons, including logistics, sponsorships, participant engagement, and judging processes
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for institutional outreach and candidate engagement.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in talent acquisition, supply chain management, or institutional partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
