Job Description

 Digital Solutions & SaaS Value Creation

  • Drive adoption of the organization's digital solutions and SaaS platforms across existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable value and impact.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to develop customized digital offerings aligned with client needs.
  • Position SaaS products and digital platforms as strategic enablers for business transformation and operational excellence.
  • Develop partnership models that increase platform adoption, user engagement, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead consultative discussions with clients to showcase the business benefits, ROI, and scalability of digital solutions.
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product enhancement and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation opportunities within partner organizations through technology-led interventions.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets associated with SaaS subscriptions, platform licensing, implementation services, and value-added digital offerings.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
  • Establish relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across target organizations.
  • Develop partnership strategies to expand market presence and create new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, MoUs, and commercial contracts.

Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through partnerships, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Track sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue KPIs.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Explore new sectors, industries, and geographies for expansion.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the business development and partnership team.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Provide regular business forecasts, sales reports, and partnership updates to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Revenue generated through strategic partnerships.
  • Number of new partnerships acquired.
  • Partnership conversion ratio.
  • Client retention and account growth.
  • Pipeline value and deal closure rate.
  • Market expansion and business growth metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Alliances.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing large corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong network across corporate and industry ecosystems.
