Responsibilities

Job Scope: This role is to manage the solution design for DHL fulfillment network and strategic projects in SD function. This is for Solution Design Central team, where the person will handle complex, multi region/country projects. Provide guidance to subordinates in complex solutions design on behalf of the commercial owner, the most complex logistics solutions for customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that performance targets are met. Provide continuous improvement suggestions to customers by analyzing existing solutions and identifying & implementing service enhancements on an ongoing basis. Manage new process introductions and existing process enhancements through continuous improvement of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy KPIs and scorecards o n all assigned accounts.
  • Measure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for a particular SPL customer against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs) through performance reports provided by cross-functional partners.
  • Develop an integrated performance report by consolidating the information provided from all individual service providers to drive a comprehensive, customer-driven metrics dashboard.
  • Identify gaps in service capability based on comprehensive analysis of DHL capabilities versus customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the functional stakeholders involved in the day-to-day operation and management of a customer solution.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution, with at least 8 years in solutions design experience.

Job Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Qualification: Bachelor/ Master's Degree in any field or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
