JOB DESCRIPTION
- Head delivery lifecycle of integrated solutions that connect the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Responsible for strategizing and executing delivery plans for providing best-in-class IT Application support to improve the efficiency of business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all SDLC phases—design, development, testing (UAT), and deployment—for CRM/LOS features
- Collaborate with architects to define robust integration patterns (APIs, Middleware, Event Streaming) that support high-volume loan processing
- Review the business requirement of the user departments, apply technical feasibility basis dependency on the system, business benefits along with the product and the application team and come out with the best possible business solution within agreed timelines and at the best cost
- To engage with the user department in providing client onboarding solutions in CRM & LOS by documenting accurately and elaborately the requirement and assessing the best suitable approach to deliver the changes/solution within the expected timeline, cost and quality in compliance with the regulatory and internal process.
- Work with the viewpoint of developing business solutions to acquire customers on the digital platform and creating new business models.
- Establish processes and mechanisms designed to ensure consistently high service performance.
- Identify process improvements to make the onboarding process more scalable and reduce the time to value for both customers and the bank.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis (RCA) on integration failures to enhance platform stability
- Decide on the allocation of the team members basis their experience and skill sets.
- Oversee that Line of Business Applications and Enterprise Applications (integration stack, others) support business goals and meet user requirements
- Track advancement/ changes in IT technology both within and outside the industry, analyze its utility for the organization and draft action plans in case it can aid the organization in achieving its objectives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent
Experience
- Must possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in a senior IT position within a fast-paced and constantly evolving BFSI Domain with experience in CRM & LOS application, digital liability products and fintech integration in the bank. Good exposure on API, Middleware & CBS
Functional Skills
- Experience in managing the implementation and/or solution deployment program.
- Strong banking domain knowledge to review business requirements
- Ability to comprehend the latest digital solutions emerging in the market and assess the appropriateness of the Bank's product and services before recommending
