Job Responsibilities :
- Drive engineering and maintenance activities at the site in line with the policies and vision of the E&M organization. Encourage cooperation between functional groups and group heads to optimize resources and address pain points jointly.
- Resolve M/E/I inter-disciplinary issues as escalated.
- Drive Integrity & Reliability studies at site- Make it a culture of Continuous Improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits to develop hands on insights into site activities
- Facilitate training and development of E&M organization to create subject experts and skill enhancement of organization. Review Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Responsible for Site Maintenance cost and budgeting and optimization of resources at each of the functional groups. Ensure vendor / contractor relationships for site contracts are maintained
- Conduct regular Performance monitoring & benchmarking in all the functional groups to identify areas for improvement.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining Statutory and regulatory compliance for site activities in each of the functional groups. Oversee Turnaround / Shutdown services
- Provide support Knowledge management and Documentation management initiatives at site
- Overall responsibility for site audits and ensuring that standards are maintained
- Close coordination with COE Head to ensure synergy between Site and COE. Drive MPC activities, Drive E&M initiatives. Attend meetings & provide valuable inputs - Apex, E&M & HSEF.
- Support initiatives of other department/COE. Set annual targets for E&M, Material & Service PR approvals.RCA approvals, E&M Procedures & SMP approvals.
Selected candidate will be placed at CF Project, Hazira, Surat
Education Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience Requirement :
- At least 25 years of maintenance experience with minimum 3 years as a Site Engg. Head
- Must have headed a complete function for at least 5 years
- Must have headed at Plant/ Sector level as Overall Maintenance (All functions) Head
- Must have experience of Plant erection & Commissioning
