The Opportunity:

An exceptional career opportunity for innovative, committed and forward-looking individual to create transformational value in Security function.

The candidate will be responsible to coordinate with key stakeholders inside and outside the premises and to create strong intelligence system for smooth running of business. S/He will manage the security operations and coordinate security initiatives across the site and to develop intelligence network across peripheral villages/area. Coordinate and implement site security measures for protection of company assets. Ensure compliance and security assurance through periodic reviews/audits and investigate security breaches, fraud cases and other incidents. Design and implement security policies and procedures ensuring overall physical security of the plant. Monitoring and control of manpower, material and vehicular movements in and out of the plant. Should focus on digitalization and devise and execute strategies for up gradation of existing security system in line with the best-in-class industry practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree along with experience in industrial security.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in plant security or related roles, preferably within the mining industry or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to drive change and improvement initiatives, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
• The ideal incumbent should be from defense background with adequate experience in Industrial Security
