Strategic Security Leadership
- Define and execute enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish security governance, policies, standards, and KPIs.
- Act as the primary advisor to leadership on security risks and mitigation.
Physical & Infrastructure Security
- Oversee site security, access control systems, surveillance, perimeter protection, and guarding services.
- Manage crisis response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity for security-related incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments across locations.
Information & Cyber Security Oversight
- Collaborate with IT/IS teams on cybersecurity governance, data protection, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with information security frameworks and data privacy laws.
- Oversee investigations related to data breaches or cyber incidents (as applicable).
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, physical, cyber, and reputational risks.
- Ensure adherence to local laws, labor regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, auditors, and external security agencies.
Incident Investigation & Intelligence
- Lead investigations into security breaches, fraud, theft, misconduct, or sabotage.
- Develop intelligence capabilities to anticipate threats and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
People & Vendor Management
- Lead and develop security teams, contractors, and third-party service providers.
- Plan manpower deployment, training, and capability building.
- Manage budgets, contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Security Management, Criminology, Engineering, or related field.
- 1218+ years of security experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, BFSI, IT, or large-campus environments.
- Relevant certifications preferred (CPP, CISM, CSMP, ISO 27001, etc.).
