About GrowthByte
GrowthByte.ai is a new vertical launched by ThinkByte.ai, focused on redefining how SEO is executed in an AI-first world.
We currently offer Human + AI powered SEO and growth services to startups, SMBs, and agencies, and are developing a full-stack AI SEO platform, starting with content creation agents and scaling to complete SEO automation.
We're in closed beta with real users and strong early traction, and now looking for a domain expert to take the lead of customer delivery.
What You'll Do
Own Delivery
- Lead end-to-end SEO for clients: technical audits, content strategy, on-page SEO, and more
- Use AI SEO tools and frameworks to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement
- Run experiments focused on ranking in evolving AI search experiences (SGE, Perplexity, etc.)
- Help shape a scalable Human+AI SEO service delivery model
Product Strategy
- Work with the founding team on the SEO SaaS roadmap
- Translate delivery insights into product ideas and features
- Contribute to building a lean, high-performing team
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on SEO experience with a track record of delivering quality traffic and rankings
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, GSC, GA, and AI-first SEO evolution
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- People management experience, either as an SEO head at an agency or having run one
- Willingness to start on-site in Vijayawada
- Bonus: Past experience with early-stage startups or agencies
