Job Description
(Accountabilities as applicable for BMW, MINI, Motorrad Dealers)
- Strategize, plan, implement and ensure achievement of the agreed annual sales target with an eye on overall profitability at assigned dealerships for Retail, Wholesale and Insurance.
- Plan and develop sales strategy for enhancing business – Retail Finance , Commercial Finance Dealers responsibilities towards Retail and Commercial Finance.
- Manage the Dealer Relationship to steer Insurance business and synergies with the insurance function
- Strategize and promote BMW SF business lines through dealerships
- Collaborate with Dealer Principals and manage dealer relationships (BMW, MINI, MOTORRAD).
- Enable the Team Members to become a single point of contact between dealerships and BMW SF and ensure efficiency of processes at dealerships.
- Oversee and provide strategic direction to the team. Conduct regular dealership visits to review dealer performance, follow up on pending issues, collections, PDD, etc. Provide inputs on opportunities of enhancing sales.
- Develop joint sales pitch with NSC corporate sales team, other business lines and individually to corporate / retail customers. Follow up with the customers for deal closure or share with the F& I manager.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing Services to launch products and programs at the dealerships.
- Strong market network in order to track auto competitors and banks competitor's schemes.
- Gather market intelligence through published reports, network & contacts. Analyse payouts and rates related information to enhance sales and share the industry reports with Management.
