Role Summary:
Lead sales and marketing activities for industrial filter fabrics and filter bags by driving business growth, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support. The role involves managing key accounts, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Drive sales of industrial filter fabrics and filter bags across the assigned territory.
• Develop new customers while managing and growing existing key accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular visits and technical support.
• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable filter media and filtration solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and customer development strategies.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Conduct baghouse audits and provide recommendations to improve filtration performance.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Plan promotional activities, participate in exhibitions, and increase product visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales visits, and business opportunities.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and support business development activities.

Desired Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-10+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within Industrial Filtration, Technical Textiles, Filter Bags, Filter Fabrics, Non-Woven, or Process Industries.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of industrial filtration applications and customer processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
