We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing / Business Development to spearhead revenue growth and market expansion across India and global markets. The role demands a seasoned professional from the renewable energy industry (mandatory solar background) with a proven ability to build strategies, lead high-performing teams, and cultivate long-term business relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing roadmaps to support the company's short- and long-term growth plans.
• Lead business acquisition initiatives across EPC, BoS, I&C, and new-age verticals such as IPP, BESS, Wind, and Hybrid solutions.
• Explore, evaluate, and convert opportunities in private sector, government projects, and international markets.
• Build strong engagement with CXOs, senior stakeholders, policy makers, and government authorities to enhance market presence and partnerships.
• Build, coach, and scale the sales and marketing function to consistently deliver on revenue, margin, and market share goals.
• Drive brand visibility and positioning through effective marketing, communication, and market-entry strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams on tendering, bid management, pricing strategies, and contract finalization to ensure successful closures.
