SUPER91 is the trade name of Super Prints Private Limited, successor to Printers Club of India Limited. We are one of India's largest B2B wholesale printing networks, with an ecosystem of 45,000+ printers, print businesses, resellers, designers and printing professionals. Our model runs on two hub types: National Production Hubs (NPH) that aggregate and club high-volume offset work to deliver the best price in the market, and City Production Hubs (CPH) operated on a franchise model for digital printing, signage, sublimation, customised gifting and urgent jobs. We are in a steep, funded growth phase and building the leadership team that will take the business to a multi-fold revenue base by 2028.

About the Role
Own the entire revenue line of the business. This is a single accountable revenue seat covering B2B corporate and enterprise sales, the B2C storefront, franchise (CPH) revenue and the full digital marketing function. You will build and lead the sales and marketing organisation, carry the annual revenue number, and report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Corporate & Enterprise Sales

• Own the national B2B revenue number across corporate, enterprise, agency and reseller accounts.
• Build and convert a named-account pipeline; negotiate and close annual rate contracts (ARC).
• Set territory plans, account coverage norms and quota allocation for the regional sales team.
• Grow revenue from outside Rajasthan as a stated share of total B2B revenue.

Franchise (CPH) & Network Revenue

• Drive qualified franchise enquiry generation for the City Production Hub network.
• Design the commercial proposition, pricing and onboarding funnel for franchise partners.
• Fill CPH capacity with centrally-sold work and improve utilisation across the network.

Digital Marketing, Performance & Brand

• Own the full digital function: social, SEO, SEM, performance marketing and marketing automation.
• Set and hold blended ROAS, cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition targets by channel.
• Build the content and creative engine, including AI-assisted creative production.
• Steward the SUPER91 brand across trade, digital and on-ground channels.

B2C E-commerce

• Own traffic, conversion rate, average order value and repeat rate on the consumer storefront.
• Work with product and technology on merchandising, checkout and post-order experience.

CRM, Process & Forecast Discipline

• Institute CRM as the single source of truth; drive 100% adoption with no shadow spreadsheets.
• Run a weekly forecast cadence with defined stage definitions and pipeline hygiene standards.

Pricing, Gross Margin & Receivables

• Own the price list, discount governance and gross margin by product family.
• Hold DSO within the agreed limit and keep overdue receivables inside tolerance.

Team Building & Leadership

• Hire, structure and develop the regional sales, key account, inside sales and marketing teams.
• Run a monthly performance review rhythm against a published KPI scorecard.

Who We Are Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing, of which at least 4 years leading a team that carried a revenue number.
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-crore annual revenue target with evidence of delivery.
• Hands-on command of digital marketing metrics — not merely agency supervision.
• Experience from commercial printing, packaging, corporate gifting, advertising/BTL, B2B SaaS, e-commerce/D2C or franchise-led networks is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Jaipur and travel nationally 40-50% of the time.

Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or Business Management (mandatory)

Compensation
₹18 - ₹25 LPA, plus statutory benefits. Negotiable for an exceptional candidate.

Selection Process
This is a structured, eight-stage selection process. It includes a 48-hour written case exercise — a 90-day two-metro expansion plan together with a digital plan covering channel split, cost per lead, ROAS and the measurement stack — followed by a presentation of that case to the Managing Director. Terms

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan — on-site. Candidates currently in Jaipur, or willing to relocate to Jaipur at their own initiative, will be considered.
• Working days: six-day week.
• Employment type: full-time, on the direct rolls of Super Prints Private Limited.
• Compensation: as per the band indicated, negotiable for an exceptional candidate. Statutory benefits (EPF, ESIC where applicable, gratuity) as per law.
