Job Description

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the ISC region aligned with global commercial goals
  • Standardize and enhance sales processes, organizational structure, and workflows
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the sales function, ensuring effective adoption of digital tools
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team of 80+ members including 5 direct reports
  • Make strategic personnel decisions in collaboration with HR while overseeing technical and disciplinary leadership
  • Monitor sales KPIs and ensure delivery of revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Manage budgets and optimize human, financial, and material resources
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and global teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and IT systems usage

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of commercial/sales leadership experience, preferably from a B2B industry
  • Strong communication skills and an exceptional executive presence B2C experience can be considered for high-potential profiles
  • Proven track record of managing large teams (50+), driving growth, and leading transformation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership capabilities
  • Based in Pune or Mumbai (mandatory)
