Roles and responsibility
-Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue and P&L targets, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
-Mutual Fund Distribution & Growth: Lead and expand mutual fund distribution channels, focusing
on increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and staying updated on market trends.
-Sub-Broker Network Development: Strategize and execute the growth and management of a strong sub-broker network, including recruitment, training, and relationship building to maximize
productivity and ensure compliance.
-Diversified Asset Class Sales: Facilitate the sale of other asset classes (e.g., insurance, bonds) by
training the sales team and sub-brokers, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
-Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
-Client Management & Analysis: Build strong client relationships, conduct market research, and
report on sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
-Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and sub-broker operations adhere to regulatory guidelines
and internal policies.
