Qualification BE/ B.Tech (Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical/ Automobile) + MBA Sales / Marketing
Experience 18 - 20 + Years in Automotive Domain ( Passenger Car / Two wheeler / Trucks). Able to deal with Borad members of client
Should have strong experience in sales of electronics/ Mechatronics products . People management is a must.
This position demands 40% travel (domestic and international) to engage the customers for new/ongoing businesses
Major Responsibilities
- Provide strategic roadmap and inputs with market intelligence to leadership about business development initiatives
- New Business Acquisition from Automotive OEMs related to electromechanical products
- Preparation and review of sales offer including commercials and related calculations
- Drive the team towards achieving organizational growth plans in terms of new business
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- MIS reporting to global and local top management
- Maintain sustainable relations with customers to achieve follow up businesses
- Prepare and maintain mid-term planning (5 Yrs. Roadmap)
- Support the finance team for account receivables from customers
- Maintain excellent and sustainable relations with customers

Budget & Investment & Profit Responsibility
- Responsible for the preparation of Sales budget and department cost center
- Responsible for planning / managing the investments meant for the assigned department
- Planning of manpower and capacity required to achieve the assigned KPIs
Strategy & Market
- Identify the market trends / customer needs and align the internal team to maximize the acquisition
- Contribute by providing inputs from Indian automotive market for preparation of global sales strategy
- Prepare competitor analysis and propose ideas to maintain competitive position in the industry
Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership to the team
- Training & coaching the team members and upgrading their skills
- Assign and manage the KPI for the team and ensure high performance
