Hiresquad Resources is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales - Technology Systems with extensive experience in the Aerospace & Defense domain. If you are an electronics engineering professional with 15-20 years of experience, a proven track record of growing business in the Indian market, and expertise in defense procurements, you'll lead sales for cutting-edge technology solutions.
Your Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics Engineering & Communications / RF & Microwave or an equivalent course of study from a reputed institute/university.
- Overall Experience: 15-20 years of overall experience in the same or similar technology, solution, and customer domain, with a demonstrated ability to grow business.
- Domain Expertise: Intensive experience in the relevant field (Aerospace & Defense, Signal Intelligence, etc.).
- Market Knowledge: Well-versed with the Indian market, including defense procurements and purchasing processes within Government of India organizations.
Your Tasks
- Sales & Solutions: Drive the sale of products and solutions under Technology Systems, which includes Signal Intelligence, Spectrum monitoring & management solutions, Secure Radio Communications, and Security solutions for aviation & homeland security.
- Target Achievement: Be directly responsible for achieving defined sales targets.
- Account Management: Handle key customer accounts, primarily within defense, paramilitary, aviation, security organizations, and other civil customers.
- Relationship Building: Manage and nurture strong customer relations across all levels, building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships: Possess extensive experience in developing partnerships and driving the implementation of strategies with strategic customers, ensuring actions and timeliness to achieve defined sales objectives.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse team, engage, and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
