Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities including digital campaigns, seminars, school outreach programs, and promotional events.
  • Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and overall admission funnel performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and ethical sales practices.


Eligibility Criteria

  • :Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales teams and handling marketing activities
  • .Mandatory: Proven experience in education sales/admissions
  • .Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • .Ability to drive targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • .Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
