- Driving Retail Training Excellence
- Establish a framework on training for the brands
- Identify the training gaps and partner with brands to develop modules and training strategy to deliver desired behavior on the shop floor
- Identify and introduce cost effective and innovative techniques of training to meet the training needs of growing employee base across geography
- Drive audit and certification programs

- Scan the environment to ensure best practices offered by various vendors.

- Liaison and direct all activities related to third party staffing agency and drive performance through structured reviews with all stakeholders
