Job Description

  • Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with business objectives in the textiles industry.
  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to drive performance improvements and meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor retail teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment in retail initiatives.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products across locations.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Retail Operations should have:

  • Strong expertise in retail management within the textiles or industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • A proven track record of implementing strategies that drive operational success.
  • Experience in leading and managing large teams across multiple locations.
