Job Description

Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with business objectives in the textiles industry.
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
Analyse sales data and market trends to drive performance improvements and meet revenue goals.
Lead and mentor retail teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment in retail initiatives.
Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products across locations.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Retail Operations should have:

Strong expertise in retail management within the textiles or industrial/manufacturing sector.
A proven track record of implementing strategies that drive operational success.
Experience in leading and managing large teams across multiple locations.
Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management and sales analytics.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
