REGIONAL HEAD

Qualification

BE (Mechanical) / Master of Business Administration (MBA)

· To manage and grow business operations within a designated region, ensuring operational delivery, and client satisfaction in alignment with national business goals.

· Responsibilities

· • Lead regional business operations in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

· • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion within the region.

· • Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of services to clients.

· • Ensure compliance with systems, corporate policies, and HSE standards across all regional business activities.

· • Manage and mentor regional teams across key accounts, delivery, and operations functions.

· • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in the region.

· • Develop future-ready resources to enable cost-effective and scalable operations.

· • Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and utilization rates, and report performance to senior leadership.

· • Oversee resource planning, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

· • Lead risk management, crisis response, and business continuity planning.

· • Drive employee engagement, training, and succession planning.

· • Promote the company's brand and represent the organization at local forums and industry events.

· Skill Set

· • Strong regional market knowledge.

· • Leadership and team management skills.

· • Client relationship expertise.

· • Financial and operational management skills.

· Experience

· • 20+ years in Delivery/Operations with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.

· • Experience in TIC/EPC sectors desirable.
