Role PurposeThe Regional Operations Manager (RM) will lead and oversee multiple corporate onsite daycare and preschool centres across Pune East. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, service consistency, and regional growth while ensuring strong parent experience and brand integrity.The RM will act as the bridge between strategy and on-ground execution, directly supporting the Co-Founder in scaling and strengthening regional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all onsite and standalone centres.Champion a strong process-driven culture with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style.Ensure adherence to standardized operating procedures across all centres.Standardize processes, safety norms, and operational practices.Oversee smooth centre launches, transitions, and capacity expansions.Maintain strong compliance, infrastructure readiness, and audit preparedness.Team ManagementLead and mentor Centre Heads and Cluster Managers.Drive manpower planning, productivity, and retention.Build second-line leadership and ensure strong succession readiness.Ensure structured training and capability building across centres.Parent & Client ExperienceAct as escalation point for parent and corporate client concerns.Drive strong parent engagement and service recovery practices.Ensure consistent brand experience aligned with the organization's vision.Financial & Business SupportPartner with Sales and Leadership to support enrollment growth.Ensure operational cost discipline and financial hygiene at centre level.Support corporate client relationship management for onsite centres.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with HR, Curriculum, Facilities, Marketing, and Finance teams.Provide regional insights and recommend operational improvements.Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Education: Post Graduate Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Care Management, or MBA or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in teaching, supervision, or educational administration.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and parent relationships within an educational setup.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with preschool management systems is an advantage.
Additional Details
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays working (Occasional Sunday work may be required).
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Salary Range: As per industry standards
  • Age Criteria: 35 – 45 years
