Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Head of Real Estate Sales. The role involves leading and managing the sales team, devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing property transactions. The individual will also monitor market trends, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure superior customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and understanding of the Real Property market
- Licensed Real Estate professional with a proven track record in sales
- Strong Customer Service skills to develop and maintain client relationships
- Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and practices in Gurgaon
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams is a plus
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
