This is an opportunity for an accomplished real estate development professional to lead strategic development initiatives, drive business growth, and create long-term value across a Pan-India portfolio.

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Real Estate & Infrastructure Development Leader to spearhead the growth, development, and commercial performance of a diversified real estate portfolio across India. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a professional with proven expertise in end-to-end real estate development, large-scale project execution, investment feasibility, and asset monetization, with a strong focus on industrial, logistics, warehousing, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall development strategy, business growth, and profitability of the real estate portfolio.
• Lead the complete development lifecycle, from land identification, feasibility, master planning, and statutory approvals to construction, commercialisation, and monetisation.
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, redevelopment projects, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimisation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate project investments, financial feasibility, ROI, IRR, and development economics.
• Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary development teams across India.
• Manage relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Candidate Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent core engineering discipline relevant to construction/development. MBA is an added advantage.
• 20+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, industrial, logistics, or warehousing development.
• Proven experience in end-to-end development and execution of large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of land development, statutory approvals, project planning, construction, contracts, and commercial feasibility.
• Experience managing multi-location projects, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with exposure to development strategy, investment evaluation, and asset monetization.
