Position : Head - Quality
Location : Uttar Pradesh
Reports To : COO
Role Overview:
Lead the Quality Management Department to ensure top-tier product and process quality, aligning with global OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
* QMS & Compliance: Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems complying with ISO 9001, VDA, and ISO 45001.
* Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and build high-performing quality assurance teams.
* Customer Assurance: Manage customer quality feedback, address complaints, and drive timely resolutions.
* Audits & Improvement: Execute thorough process and product audits to isolate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Candidate Specifications
* Experience: 14 to 16 years in the automotive industry, with a strong preference for candidates from Transmission companies.
* Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech.
* Key Skills: Expertise in QMS, root-cause analytical thinking, process audits, and cross-functional leadership.
