About the role
We are looking for a leader with a strong record of achievement to lead our QA practices reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer Corporate Solutions. You will elevate QA practices and standards across all product teams and shape the vision of how quality supports our cloud, data, and digital platforms to enable the Corporate Solutions business innovate with speed and resilience.
You will be responsible for establishing robust testing and resiliency strategies, mentoring QA members, and reporting quality metrics and gaps to the leadership team to instil discipline on continuous improvement on quality measurements.

We are set up in different product areas, each of which has designated Quality Assurance experts coming together as a chapter of practitioners. We strive to build applications that are carefully designed, thoughtfully implemented, and surpass the expectations of our users by working together with product owners.
