This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the Head - Python - Fintech position. The selected individual will lead Python development projects, oversee enterprise architecture design, and manage development processes. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a development team, ensuring quality assurance and timely project delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. The candidate will play a central role in shaping technical solutions for financial technology projects within the organization.

• Proven expertise in Software Development, particularly with Python for fintech applications
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and mentor developers
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture with a focus on creating scalable and efficient solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with fintech industry standards and technologies is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
