Head – Purpose Partnerships (North)

About the Role

- We are looking for a seasoned partnerships leader to drive this vision.
- The Head – Purpose Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, securing, nurturing, and growing strategic brand partnerships that fuel KidZania's business model while creating meaningful experiences for children and families.
- This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive partnership revenue and achieve annual sales targets
- Develop and execute the annual Purpose Partnership strategy
- Identify and onboard leading national, regional, and international brands that align with KidZania's vision
- Lead end-to-end partnership conversations, including concept development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure
- Build relationships with CXOs, marketing leaders, brand custodians, and agency stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Content, Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure successful partner integration and execution
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships through regular reviews, business updates, and value creation opportunities
- Ensure seamless commercial governance, including invoicing, renewals, collections, and account management
- Represent KidZania across industry forums, events, and networking platforms
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Higher
- 15+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, business development, or related commercial functions
- Strong track record of closing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Existing network across brands, agencies, media, retail, entertainment, FMCG, BFSI, telecom, technology, and consumer sectors
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and execution focus
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network effectively across industry forums, events, and social circles beyond the conventional 9-to-5
- Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, edutainment, media, sports, retail, or family-focused businesses will be an advantage
