Job Description

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
  • Develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during project execution.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Projects should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Proven expertise in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
