Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you will:

Lead and scale the Material Handling Division as a strategic business unit.
Drive business growth through order book expansion, client engagement, and partnerships.
Oversee end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.
Provide technical leadership across civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering.
Drive value engineering, standardization, and adoption of digital tools and automation.
Own P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
Strengthen procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
Champion HSSE practices and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Brings 18-25 years of experience in EPC, coal, mining, or bulk material handling sectors.
Strong expertise in CHP systems, SILO loading, conveyors, and bulk handling equipment.
Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and project execution.
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, contract management, and negotiation skills.
Strategic leader with the ability to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
