Job Description

  • Lead the planning and development of a large-scale manufacturing facility spread across approximately 100+ acres.
  • Prepare and review master layouts, site development plans, utility corridors and infrastructure designs.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, EPC partners and engineering teams for project execution.
  • Drive construction activities ensuring adherence to quality, cost and timelines.
  • Manage project budgeting, contractor selection and vendor performance.
  • Secure statutory approvals and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities for permits, environmental clearances, pollution control approvals and related compliances.
  • Oversee land development, roads, drainage systems, buildings, warehouses, utilities and ancillary infrastructure.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams and external stakeholders through all stages of project execution.
  • Establish governance mechanisms, reporting structures and project control systems.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering a Master's degree will be an advantage.
  • 15-22 years of experience in large industrial, manufacturing, automotive or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of leading greenfield manufacturing plant projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Experience managing projects on land parcels of approximately 100 acres or more.
  • Strong expertise in industrial infrastructure development, site planning and project management.
  • Hands-on experience working with architects, structural consultants and construction contractors.
  • Sound understanding of environmental, safety and statutory regulations.
  • Experience obtaining government approvals, pollution control clearances and related compliances.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to project budgeting and contract management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large multidisciplinary teams.
