Role: Head – Projects & Operations

At Ad Leo Limited, we bring brands to life through retail environments, visual merchandising, branded experiences and on-ground execution.

As we expand our capabilities in premium retail fixtures, manufacturing and integrated brand experiences, we're looking for a leader who can build strong operations, deliver exceptional projects and help grow lasting client relationships.

The opportunity

You will lead projects from planning and costing through manufacturing, installation and handover. You will work closely with our sales, design, procurement, factory and finance teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Alongside project and operations leadership, you will have the opportunity to work directly with key clients, develop new business opportunities and contribute to profitable growth.

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end project delivery across retail fixtures, visual merchandising, branded environments and interior fit-outs.

Strengthening production planning, quality, vendor management and site execution.

Managing project costs, margins, billing and commercial closure.

Building and developing cross-functional teams and reliable operating processes.

Working with key clients to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities and grow business.

Who we're looking for:

A senior leader with experience in projects, manufacturing, retail fixtures, joinery or interior fit-outs.

A strong understanding of production, procurement, installation and project commercials.

Experience managing demanding clients and leading multidisciplinary teams.

The ability to combine hands-on execution with commercial thinking and business development.

Someone who takes ownership, solves problems and builds systems that scale.

Location: Mumbai

The role involves travel to factories, client offices and project sites.
